Terms and Conditions of Use – firstpadel.ro

This document sets out the rules for purchasing products from firstpadel.ro, operated by INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL, CUI 47084130, headquartered at Prel. Ghencea 65B, Bl. F, Sc. 2, Et. 2, Ap. 6, Bucharest.

1. General Provisions

By placing an order on the site, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify prices or stock without prior notice; however, the price of an already confirmed order will not change.

2. Order and Contract Formation

  • The order is considered finalized upon receipt of the confirmation email.

  • INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there is an obvious technical price error (e.g., price of 0 RON).

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT.

  • Payment methods:

    • Online card payment (via secure processor).

    • Cash on delivery (payment to courier upon delivery).

    • Bank transfer (order dispatched after payment confirmation).

4. Product Delivery

  • Delivery is made via express courier throughout Romania.

  • Estimated delivery time is 24-72 business hours, except during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday).

  • Shipping cost will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

5. Right of Return (Withdrawal from Contract)

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating reasons.

  • Return conditions: Padel rackets and accessories must be in original packaging, with intact labels and no signs of use (e.g., grip must not be dirty, frame must show no play scratches).

  • Return cost: To be borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Refund: Will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the bank account indicated by the customer.

6. Product Warranty

Products (rackets) benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by hitting the racket against the court glass, net, or partner's racket.

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (leaving the racket in a car in the sun).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages of any kind that the buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of using the products after delivery.

8. Complaints and Disputes

For any issue, you can write to us at contact@firstpadel.ro. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, as a last resort, by the courts in Bucharest or through the EU Commission's ODR platform.
