What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are in RON (Romanian Leu).
I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?
We do our best to ship products as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for order processing before it is dispatched, and the average delivery time is up to 10 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after the order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at marketing@firstpadel.ro.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Unfortunately, customized orders cannot be refunded. Each customized product is made specifically for the customer, and therefore we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at marketing@firstpadel.ro and we will help you with a replacement or find a solution.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalties, but you must do so before the product is dispatched.
If the product has already been shipped, please use our simple return system to receive a full refund.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you mistyped the address or it was incorrectly auto-filled, reply to the order confirmation email and confirm.
Once you verify the address is wrong, please notify us by email at marketing@firstpadel.ro. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours. No refund will be issued after 24 hours have passed since the incorrect address was submitted.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary as we ship from different processing centers depending on your location. The average delivery time is up to 10 business days.
