Return and Refund Policy – firstpadel.ro

At firstpadel.ro, operated by INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL (CUI 47084130), we want you to be fully satisfied with your padel equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an extended return policy.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since the courier-confirmed delivery, INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL can no longer accept the return or refund.

2. Eligibility Conditions

For the return to be accepted, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unworn and unused (not used in play or training).

  • Specific to rackets: The frame and faces must show no scratches, chips, or marks of contact with the ball/court surface. The handle protective film (if present) must be intact.

  • Have all original tags and be in the original packaging (racket cover, accessory box).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice issued by INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL).

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at: marketing@firstpadel.ro.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior email notification will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product arrived defective or we sent the wrong model, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit to us.

5. Refund

Once the parcel arrives and is inspected by INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the return (based on product condition).

  • If approved: The product value will be refunded within 10-14 business days.

  • Payment method: The refund will be made via the same method used at purchase (directly to the card used) or via bank transfer (for cash-on-delivery orders).

6. Damaged Products Upon Delivery

If you notice that the racket or accessories were damaged during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at marketing@firstpadel.ro, attaching photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
