The website firstpadel.ro is operated by INFINITY GENERAL GROUP SRL, headquartered at Prelungirea Ghencea nr. 65B, Bl. F, Sc. 2, Et. 2, Ap. 6, Postal Code 061702, Bucharest, registered under CUI 47084130.

At firstpadel.ro, we ensure your padel equipment reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. We ship our products anywhere in Romania via express courier services.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are processed and handed to the courier the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

  • Bucharest and metropolitan areas: 24-72 business hours from shipping confirmation.

  • Rest of Romania: 24-72 business hours.

  • Note: During peak periods (Black Friday, Holidays, major promotional campaigns), delivery times may extend to 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under 700 RON: Shipping costs 25 RON for home delivery or 15 RON for Easybox locker (VAT included).

  • Orders over 700 RON: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Romania.

  • We do not charge extra fees for remote locations (we deliver anywhere in Romania at the same price).

4. Courier Partners

Our deliveries are handled by:

  • Sameday

  • Easybox/Locker delivery (if parcel dimensions allow — padel rackets usually fit in medium/large compartments).

5. Order Tracking

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the AWB number and a real-time tracking link.

6. Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

Padel equipment (especially rackets) is fragile. Please check the packaging integrity upon receipt.

  • If the packaging shows severe damage (torn, wet, or crushed), please refuse the parcel and file a report with the courier.

  • Contact us immediately at contact@firstpadel.ro to send a replacement product.

7. Changing the Delivery Address

If you placed an order and realized the address is wrong, please contact us by phone or email within 2 hours of placing the order so we can make the change before dispatch.
